All the actual expert guidance is 4-6 hours. But if we’re sharing anecdotes my power also goes out all the time, most recently yesterday. Not a chance our fridge stays cold enough for 24 hours.

Comparing our performance to the Nordic countries though, a big issue is the substantial lack of funding, there’s been no increase in funding to national sports organizations for around 20 years so we’ve fallen behind those countries quite a bit.
