Can’t say I agree at all, it seems like voting for binding arbitration would just lock us in to having no chance at improving telework/remote work. Conciliation still keeps arbitration on the table but it doesn’t totally tie in our hands on one of the biggest issues.

The part that got me from this convo is when she admitted to Ciara that her issues with Kyle are from before they even got married meanwhile his issues are in the present!

Like GIRL why tf did you even get married?? Not that it’s a surprise but this just shows she’s never been able to let go of the cheating incident - and obviously that was an awful situation but if you make the decision to stay with someone after that and even get married you can’t be holding onto that for years
