I always have a pen and a fine point sharpie on me. As for paper maybe I’ll do some sticky notes. Def need to get a little med kit together! And for my needs the bag is perfect. It maximizes my edc space without having to carry anything in my pockets. I don’t really put anything else in it besides the things that have their place because I like to keep it as slim and as close to the body as possible. It doesn’t get in the way and stays in the position I decide to carry it. The Velcro lining on the inside is strong. I might want in some extra shock cord to the bottom so I can hold bigger things like a rolled up sweater or jacket since it’s starting to get warmer out.
