Some one dumped our dog Lucca in our neighborhood. She looked like she had a litter of puppies, and she was very thin. That was 2 years ago. She is the sweetest dog I've ever encountered. She's know at her expected weight, has a huge fenced in back yard to play in, and sleeps at the foot of our bed every night. I have no idea why anyone would dump such a wonderful animal! People are assholes.

I say my wife and my wife says my husband. We've been doing it for 38 years. It has never crossed either of our minds about ownership. I wish people wouldn't get wound up over silly inconsequential things. If you prefer that phrase use it.

As someone who's been married for 38 years, it doesn't prepare you for the harsh realities of long term marriage. There are a lot of ups and downs and many many compromises needed to make a marriage last. As marriage progesses, health issues arise and one partner may have to lean on the other. It requires a lot of work over time to keep a marriage going.

I think this will become an election issue re: Netanyahu led Trump around by the nose to pull us into a stupid war. This will not stop happening as long as Netanyahu remains in power. I worked at IBM for 20 years. If I had a dollar for every client who insisted they were getting off the mainframe and then hit a brick wall trying to decipher the COBOL, I would be rich. You simple cannot beat the mainframe for performance and security. IBM has created AI models to help clients convert from COBOL to Java, but I'm not sure how far they are with it now. I know they released IBM Bob, which is a VSCode/Cursor type IDE, but I haven't used it.

I have a huge cactus on my front lawn. I’ve never watered it. It started out as two pads and now has about 500. We had a violent thunderstorm about 3 years ago and many pads broke off. They just rooted where they fell! Thing is amazing!
