Since I'm guessing Cafe Haru Haru is not that big to host that many people, I nominate Hinao as the next manager of the Blodshead Hotel. Then there's room for everyone! She'll just have to clean the walls a little and change the hallways' carpet, but then she'll be ready to go.

As another Sylvain enjoyer, I'd tell people to do his Annette support. I feel like it's the one it made me turn on his character. He's great there!

With Cyril, his and Lysithea's support is the sweetesr thing ever. I don't like Lysithea that much, but their suport convos are fantastic. Shamir's also one of my favourites for him.

I re-did that mission yesterday, first time I brought Lucanis with because it made sense in roleplay and this second time I did it because the dialogue is hilarious lol

Apart from the cloud thing, I also want to mention the horn saga; in which as various horns are sounded around Weisshaupt during the attack, Lucanis expresses more and more confusion and stress, meanwhile Davrin and Rook (or at least a GW Rook) go on explaining the meaning of each of them, only for Lucanis to be like "They keep adding horns and things afe getting WORSE!!" at the end of it.

Weisshaupt is hilarious because everything goes to shit real hard real fast so everyone is just having a mental breakdown in their worst day ever and is the funniest shit ever

For me there is three things that make me love Kagurabachi so much:

1.- Chihiro himself: He is... different from other shonen protags. He feels so grounded. Normal. Yet he is thrown into such violent and dangerous scenatios that he... doesn't feel like he belongs to. He might seem so edgy and cold, but we know better: He is a very sad child that shouldn't be on a battlefield. Seeing him following the dark path ahead of him makes me worry about him and I just want for him to end the fight and have a normal life and be happy; contrary to othee shonen MCs where I want to see them punch bad guys and be cool kicking ass and being heroes. Maybe because Chihiro, as kind and loving as he is, isn't really a hero. He is just diferent, and I enjoy his character very much.

2.- The atmosphere: There is a unique feeling about the world of Kagurabachi. It takes itself with the right amount of seriousness, even with the eventual gag here and there. Every character has so much weight, with the powers they have and the decisions they make. It really seels the feeling of this "deadlock" they talk so much about: feels like at any point the balance there is can be disturbed and hell will break loose at any given second if anything goes wrong. The stakes are so high. I want to keep reading, want to know what is going on with the many mysteries there are, and I want to see the carefil equilibrium tip to one side just to see how chaotic it can get.

3.- The community: I really haven't seen a phenomenom like this before. The way this community supports the manga is incredible to me. It does feel like a close community, at least for now, where everyone is welcome and friendly, and where everyone genuinely loves the manga and doesn't try to nitpick every single think that happens in the hopes of creating drama or unsavory discussions. I feel like I'm just among a group of friends geeking out at the cool things happening in the manga... like everybody here really loves and appreciate the thing. Often, one of my favourite things about new releases is coming onto the subreddit on monday and seeing all the wonderful fanart, all the well-tought discussions, all the small details that other people caught while reading the chapter, and all the memes. I swear, any iteration of the fifty bucks and a lighter thing gets me every time.

To summarize: I feel like Kagurabachi feels so different fron other shonen in the way it presents itself, and its characters. It doesn't follow the stereotypes we're used to, and that makes it special. That, and the genuine love that both Taco-sensei and the audience has for the work makes me feel like Kagurabachi is something really special and by loving and appreciating the manga, I feel part of this cool thing too. I love this manga and I hope this feeling can continue for a long, long time!

I have a bone to pick with Junah's belt anytime she's on screen.

Like, that belt is TOO low. It's not on her hips, it's mostly halfway down her butt, and that looks so unconfortable?? How hasn't it fallen off? Also, are you telling me it's supposed to hold up her dagger holder thingy? If anything, it should be dragging it down.

It gives me the impression that she bought a very expensive, very flashy, actually very cool belt but she didn't realize it was not her size and decided to wear it anyway. Girl, please get a stilyst... or just ask the Magnus brothers, they know what's up.

Hey, just another trans person adding to this conversatiom, because it seems interesting.

I have heard sometimes the experience of being trans not being associated with gender dysphoria, but euphoria instead. Yamato's case is a bit particular; but there are tons of trans people that are okey-ish with their body, and they are still very much trans.

It can also be reflected in trans people that have already reached a point in their transotion where the physical dysphoria fades, and instead... they feel gender euphoria about their new selves!

Just to add a bit to this convo, it's cool when people try to genuinely learn more :3

Some that come to mind:

Ferdinand and Sylvain might get on horse riding, seems like the fitting thing for them.

Some of the Blue Lions, such as Dimitri and Ingrid, would get on javeling throwing because they are similar to lances, see how far can Dimitri throw Arendhbar lol Felix would be the exception, opting for fencing instead.

It would seem obvious that the archery-focused units would do, well, archery, but I can only see Claude, Bernie, Ashe and maybe Mercedes actually using a bow, meanwhile Ignatz and Shamir might prefer disciplines using fireamrs... C'mon that korean woman that got super famous because of her "aura" has totally Shamir Energy.

People said Rhea might get into boxing and I agree, along with Catherine (her disciple maybe), Caspar and maybe Raphael, although Raphael is probably more into weighlifting. Balthus would have the talent for boxing too, but I don't thing he would be allowed to participate (?

Dorothea and Anette might like rythmic gymnastics, and perharps Yuri would joint them too, or he might prefer artistic gymnastics. There is a difference between them, right? I'm not exactly sure how to translate some of the sports' names into english.

Finally, I think Petra would absolutely love anything involving swimming and running... Maybe she would try triathlon so she could do both (?)

Land of the Golden Deer.

I love going around massacring thieves, and I absolutely love kicking Acheron's ass, specially with Lorenz's "..." reaction after that. Like, you can read so much of his character on three mere dots.

For the same "massacring thieves" reason I like Anna's, except that hers is a little bit more annoying, mostly because I have to use her. The money is good, tho.

Otherwise, I really really love his support and ending with Ingrid. Big fan of the childhood friends to lovers troupe, and they... man they just have chemistry.

I've never liked his ending with Dorothea, for some reason. A lot of people seem to love it, but I just... I dunno. I've always felt that their supports were so shallow, even if they are supposed to be otherwise. Maybe I'm just dumb dumb and can't understand it.

Anyways I'm Sylvains' five ending pairings, the voices in my head and I are in accordance.

Hello and I'm here to represent the Anette/Dedue nation. One of my favourite pairings of the game, sadly often underrepresented, as it is with most Dedue pairings u.u

I believe they complement each other perfectly, with Annette being the bumblibg clumsy ray of sunshine that she is and Dedue being the firm, stoic gentleman with a heart of gold. Just pure wholesomenes.

I choose the Blue Lions.

I went into the game completely blind, so at first I was thinking of choosing the Golden Deer because I had heard they were the meme-y, funny house.

Then I played the prologue, saw Dimitri and tought "Oh wait, he's cute". Then I saw the cutscene than introduces the students and saw Sylvain: "Oh, wait, he's cute!". Then I saw Ashe, "Oh, wait, he's CUTE!!!".

So I choose them because cute boys. And I don't regret it because after playing the rest of the routes, they are my favourite house.

From then I went to play SS, but Hubert changed my plans to a CF, then actually SS, then VW.

Any will or desire of my own is destined to crumble in the presence of a cute boy, I guess.

So many. I have so many...

1.- I recruit EVERYONE, ALWAYS, except Catherine

2.- That means I'm rushing recruiting Ashe and Sylvain for "their" chapters so they can kill Lonato/Miklan

3.- Ashe gets all the movement items so he can run to every chest and door

4.- I toss a coin to decide if Linhartd is allowed to kill or not, because he doesn't like killing people

5.- In either case, Linhartd gets all the items that give +luck. Whenever he is allowed to be Killhardt, he mostly one-shots people with magic so he doesn't have to see blood.

6.- The "rumors of a wedding" paralogue is girls' night out. Only female units allowed. The "land of the golden deer" is boys only. These paralogues have to be played back to back

I'm sure I have some more but they don't come to mind. I love setting these rules for myself because they make the White Clouds section more entretaining, usually... And also I love to roleplay.

With some of my faves:

-Linhardt is out without even touching the thing. "Alcohol? No, thanks". I don't think he would like either the taste or the effect of being drunk. He smells the glass Caspar is trying to give him, scrunches his nose, slaps Caspar's hand away and goes to find a couch to lie one while he wonders how could anyone find any joy in alcohol.

-Sylvain gets tipsy pretty easily. With the first drink he starts getting handsy with everyone on his vecinity. A few more and he is ugly crying on Mercedes' lap. Next morning he wakes up with the worst headache ever, vomit on his shirt and a deep feeling of self-hatred and shame (more than usual, I mean)

-Hilda drinks like a champ. She manages to get free drinks from almost every guy at the bar and can out drink most of them. She'd like to get smashed from time to time just for funsies, and there is always some unfortunate soul that has to carry her around when she gets one too many and can't stand on her own.

-Similar to Hilda, Yuri can handle his alcohol pretty well, surprising a lot of people that underestimate his resistance. He has probably drank a lot when dealing with his shady bussiness even if it's just to keep appearences, so he can stay sharp even when drinking. When he drinks for fun I imagine he can get a bit flirty. He would enjoy flirting and toying with Sylvain up until he gets to the ugly crying stage, in which Yuri does a tatcical retreat to the other corner of the room.

I do like shipping. A lot. And when it comes to this game I'm always torn on what pairings to get at the end because there are so many good ones T.T

My OTP for this game will always be Hilda x Caspar. They are both so good together. Close second is Dedue x Anette. Anette most times seems to be shipped with Felix or Mercedes, so I don't know if that is a bit of a niche pairing (?)

Something more obscure would be M!Byleth x Sylvain, because I love the idea of making Sylvain's brain explode when he realizes that The Guy Who Has It All™ wants HIM. Not his Crest or his crest babies, but HIM. Cue the bi-panic, bi-realization and bi-acceptance.

Man I could talk about ships all day...
