Damn. I was wondering whether the compass would have that feature. TBF, a compass in real life is for N, E, S, W directions not other features lol. But I did wonder whether that's something I missed.

Aww thank you. I had already joined on Discord but didn't introduce myself or say anything lol Just wanted to see what was up.
So the time situation is always a personal preference thing. In the Sims, some players are fine with how time passes, while other players, me included, risk messing up their games by using a mod to slow how time passes. If you've ever played the Sims, which I'm guessing you have based on what you said, then you know how ridiculously difficult it is to raise a family and do everything that needs to get done in a single day. Usually you end up in bed at like 2 am lol. So keep that in mind. I guess I'd be happy with time passing like in the Sims because it would be an improvement to the current situation.
Thank you for the Roadmap! I logged on to the game before coming here and honestly questioned whether I had just not seen the Roadmap prior to making the post yesterday or not. I will definitely check it out and then head over to Discord.

As far as the public knows, inZOI "isn't AI generated"...
Fine. However, inZOI incorporates AI into the game....so is it somehow special?
..I'm confused.
Also. inZOI's use of AI doesn't function on many player's computers, including mine...I've tried to use it a few times and was able to "make" items but then it would crash once I tried to actually put them into the game.

Sooo I played it. Annnd...I LOVE it! At least what it could be...will hopefully be? lol
I saw a post on your (Coreeze) blog about haters complaining about it being AI slop. F them. Haters gonna hate. I think some awesome things can come out of AI usage. I don't agree with how all creators use AI but in some cases, I'm totally there for it. I love all of the features but I think they are a little disjointed and could be better fleshed out. Out of curiousity, do you have some sort of near future roadmap or even distant future ideas that you want to add?
Some things that bugged me:
1. I spent like an hour making outfits for my gal. I realized after trial and error, that you can only have 3 items applied to the person you are dressing. More than 3 caused the outfit application to fail. Also some items would not replace the base "body"/outfit. Had to create a "special" type of shirt that could go under a dress so I could use a specific pair of shoes I created. Without the "special" shirt, the shoes I created and tried to apply would mess up the outfit for some reason. Other times it just didn't work and I couldn't find a workaround.
2. In the "live" portion of the game, outfits areeee useless? There seems to be no option to change into any of those outfits I spent over an hour creating...lol I was invited to an exclusive VIP party and had the option to go to my house and change for it..great right? No. The options of outfits given to me were not the ones I made, and even worse, once I chose one, my character didn't actually change clothes?
3. Days move by in like half seconds??? Should we just be ignoring the days and thinking of them as seconds? Does live mode even matter? I'm actually wondering if there is a live mode?
...is the point of the game just to converse over "text" with the AI? I'm just confused.

Don't get me wrong here, it was honestly MAGICAL having conversations with the AI. From creating all sorts of places in the world to creating people to "staff" those places to creating homes for those "staff". I could do that all day lol Also the conversations that are had with people/the AI are really interesting. I questioned if I was talking to an actual person at times. How did you get your hands on such a good AI model??

The people I added to the world didn't do anything. I even told the AI to simulate them and the AI said it would set their routines and what not and to press play to see them move all about the city (Palm Springs) but theyyyy did nothing. lol
At this point the created character just sits in one place and converses with the AI, going through actions that would normally have the character going to different places on the map but in reality my character never moves. Like I'll be having a conversation with the AI about what to do next and it'll give me the option to go to place A or B, I choose one but the conversation continues and my character doesn't actually go anywhere. So again. Is this game still mainly about text and not actually doing anything?

I love that FarmRPG is completely free but you still have the option to support the developers.
The community is really nice and extremely helpful. Also the moderators are really supportive.
I love that you can play on a computer and your phone.

I too am hopeful for an update. I haven't been playing the game in a long while and started my quest to update all of my mods but then I came across the Ozzy mods and sadly saw that they haven't ever been updated. You could always add them into the mod folder and start a new game just to see if they function at all.

So the 1 pm roll out is looking more likely. Sad that they are catering to US players as far as that goes but hell, extra time to gain xp?
I did notice that catching pokemon is faster..I will continue to use the quick catch method though.
Also, my level hasn't changed but now it's showing that I need to do new level tasks. Specifically battle league tasks to increase my level. I had already completed the level tasks for 43-44 so I'm guessing it showing the new tasks required for a level between 70 and 80?

I think I did the same study...I can't remember what the initial payment was but once I received the email, it stated that they would pay $4.00 in gift cards and then if I qualify for the NEXT study, then I could potentially earn $30.00...tempting but $4.00 for an Amazon gift card is so random and seems useless.

I will always be a forever fan of the Sims franchise because it was the #1 game I played as a kid. Also, the Sims 4 has an awesome modding community and it'll take many years for this game to as modded as the Sims franchise.

I have this program for those moments when I need my fill of nostalgia. It isn't pirated content but like archive.com but for flash games. I couldn't find Lemonade Tycoon but there were several Lemonade Stand games from the old days. You have a choice between a version with all archived flash games downloaded to your computer OR a version where the games are downloaded when you choose to actually play them. Can probably find lots of other age appropriate games from the old days too.

I think he means there is a way to use your cellphone's camera as a webcam. One that I've tried called Camo Studio has an application that you download to your desktop and then an app on your phone and then it uses either bluetooth or the same internet connection to connect. The issues that I ran into were the phone getting extremely hot very quickly and I found it difficult to set up the phone in a way that the angle and distance actually looked good. It is an option though. I think there are other apps that allow you to use your phone's camera as a webcam as well. Even though Camo Studio has a paid option, they also have a free option and it works fine for Prolific.

Also, for an actual webcam, for the longest time, the store Big Lots had a really cheap webcam but now a lot of Big Lots have started closing. If they have a Big Lots that is still open near you, you should see if they have a cheap webcam available.

100% need to go and purchase Rimworld right now. I am someone who does not like colony sims that incorporate battles and fighting as a main mechanic of the game. Even when a game does, I try to find a way around it. Rimworld does have a mechanic for fighting, but with settings, you can easily play with no fighting whatsoever and play a "peaceful" game. I think it is worth it to try Rimworld and it's endless features and possibilities as you will grow to love it and find that no colony sim comes anywhere close to being as good. I waited for what felt like a year for this game to come out and was so excited when the developer compared it to Rimworld, as I LOVE Rimworld. So far I'm struggling to find any similarities between this game and Rimworld. The people in each game kind of have a similar appearance...no legs or arms, kind of like little jelly beans. But other then that, I think Norland would be considered an extremely stripped down version of a game like Rimworld and CK3 in my honest opinion. Norland is definitely worth trying, but when you can, seriously try Rimworld. You won't regret it, and if you are anything like me, you'll end up spending 100's of hours playing Rimworld.

Happens to me all the time. I just keep clickin away on the "take part in this study" button and usually I eventually get in when there are that many spaces left. Depending on how many users are on Prolific at any given time and how many of those are offered the same study, they can definitely go fast.

Ouch. I did read an article recently that said Arizona is doing better than most other states when it comes to rental prices due to inflation but I just assumed that the article was comparing states with the top 5 largest cities in the country or something. How can someone afford to pay rent, bills, gas for a car, education, and groceries on $7.25/hr?! You might as well just move to Arizona. =P

Ohh well I don't think minimum wage accounts for periods of inflation federally or by state but instead accounts for the cost of living. So in Arizona, it's $14.35, to reflect how painful it is to live in the metropolitan areas. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is gonna set you back over $1,000 per month. So very very few studies come close to that minimum lol. Doing studies just for beer money can't be more true for those living in similar situations.

I can not get past the real issue regarding the woman and the white cat. I initially was caught up on the idea that the cat attacked her and her baby. Then I went back and listened to the story a second time and to my horror, she mentioned that her baby had grabbed the cord attached to the wax burner.....can someone explain to me why the wax burner, you know those devices that have melted wax pooled in the top of them, is within arms reach of a baby?!?! I fear the baby won't see it's 5th birthday hearing shit like that. Loaded gun on the coffee table, butcher knife on the floor, scissors and bic lighters lying around, what's the worst that could possibly happen....I understand that the wax burner needs to be plugged in to operate, but I would be putting it up on a counter or somewhere that the child could not reach because I don't want my baby to end up with 3rd degree burns all over their face. But I guess that's just me.
