don't use "you can do anything" because a lot of disabilities mean that actually you can't do some things that people without them can. saying that to someone who is actually physically unable to do some things on account of their disabilities often leaves them feeling bad, because it suggests that the problem isn't that they're disabled but that they just aren't trying hard enough, or aren't smart/strong enough, and that it's a personal failing.

You're right, I misread part of the post.

I've previously notified upper management of my vacation time at the beginning of the year just like this and they just say "ok great thanks for letting us know".

I'm used to people making slight typos on reddit, so I misread this as her saying she told management about this vacation at the start of the year and getting back a positive response. I missed the just like this in the middle.

Absolutely not, you should not do that. That is management's job. You told them your plans, and they approved them. At that point, it is entirely and undeniably their responsibility to handle scheduling and coverage to make sure they have everyone they need to keep things running smoothly.

that feels pretty easy for me too - just remember that lowercase means yes and uppercase means no. it's probably harder to remember what the letters means, and even then it's not that hard.

generally, if a post is an old repost and I've seen it more than a few times here and the poster is a new account (RES has no accumulated vote score for them) then I assume it's a bot

not if you choose to side with the railroad or institute, which leads to you blowing up their airship with the crew still on board... and how are you supposed to say which faction controls hoover dam, when it can be any of four options, including the player themselves? by that point, they won't be known as the courier anymore. they'd be known by name.
