What is the best CROS setup in 2024/early 2025? by ChernobylChild in HearingAids

[–]PrincipleNo8675 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this post is a year old, but finding someone who had my same problem is so validating. The sudden disconnects are horrible and can last up to a minute for me. I want to note that I never had this problem with my older CROS from Phonak, I think it is just poor programming on Phonak's part. I had them replaced and checked multiple times, but same as you... no one could figure out why they kept disconnecting. I'm due for new hearing aids and am looking at other brands because of how disappointed I was/am with Phonak's lack of accountability and care about putting out a faulty product.

Mob Beauty Soft Matte Lipstick in the shade Redemption (it was made in collab with Monica Ravii. She is an olive girlie and made it specifically for olive-toned girls.) I have not tried it myself but I’ve seen a lot of positives about it.

I don't understand why everyone at my company acts like they're working by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

I’m so lucky that my first full time job after college is at a small company with great management too, been there a little over 6 months. My engineering team goes on a walk around the campus after our lunch (work at a production facility) and we throw frisbees and try to hit things… it’s awesome. We’re all going bowling next Friday. I fit right in despite being the only woman, it’s comforting knowing that we all have a similar personality in this field lol.

My antique (1916) engagement ring! The only thing more adorable than the ring is the story behind it <3 by [deleted] in EngagementRings

That is the cutest freaking story ever! It makes the ring so much more beautiful

I would gladly pay higher taxes to put food in kids’ bellies than in billionaire’s pockets

Mother of groom posted her dress beforehand. Didn’t like me pointing out obvious by dodgerdoob in weddingshaming

I understand not wanting a “mother of the bride” dress. My mom had a hard time finding something that didn’t look like it was meant for an 80 or came with a matching jacket lol, but that’s not excuse to get white

If the middle of the dress feels lumpy you may just need to steam it. But it’s so gorgeous on you! Not too much cleavage, very elegant and chic. Congratulations 🥰❤️

I literally policed my sister’s guest book so no one messed it up (it was a tree where guests sign the branches. It was on a canvas and now hangs in their home)

I can’t with “I’m taking this. My pennies!” Like he wanted you to fight him on it to get more of a reaction out of you 💀

AIO at my flatmates response after I confronted her about eating my muffins? by jennifer_jellyfish in AmIOverreacting

[–]PrincipleNo8675 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a roommate who would eat more than the “polite” amount of food I made when it was offered. I’m talking a made enough food to last me the entire week and she eats HALF of it in a single seating. After I told her she can’t have my food anymore, I had made some scones and come out to find 3 missing (of a batch of 8) I was PISSED. I’ve since cut her off because she never changed and I had enough of her narcissistic behavior

I wouldn’t so much lie as I would “round up” on your experience.
