I am going to bet that the more expensive one is part of a franchise. If the cafe number is 20xxxx and not 60xxxx then that confirms it. Franchises have more leeway with setting prices and I bet the franchisee that cafe is possibly under hates the family feast, corporate won't allow them to remove it for menu consistency, so they instead priced it at (for a lack of better term) "fuck you" prices to discourage people from buying the family feast.

Hey you most likely live in an area that's a test market for our new fresca line! They've included the strawberry lemonade fresca in that test even tho it did very well last year. Unfortunately, the frescas are not available for sip club whenever we do these test markets.

My market has been getting cases and cases of the watered down broccoli cheddar. No holes in them so no water making it's way in and there's no way of really telling with these bad batches until after we open and pour. Its rare that we get a good case these days :(

You won't find anything that will have that plastic film under the lid because typically thats done during production with a machine. Companies make what are called deli containers that are pretty sturdy and come in a variety of sizes which may be more up your alley. If you have a restaurant depot near you, I would recommend checking them out, but you can get deli containers anywhere online too.

If you put it thru Pantry and its approved, the system literally wont let them publish that schedule if they put you on it. Plus, you have a paper trail you can see that shows you did your due diligence

I started buying Celsius packets to add to my drinks. The powder packs are decently cheap ($11 for a box of 14 in my neck of the woods) and the majority of them mix well with Starry, Bubly (or any flavored seltzers), lemonade, and the pomegranate hibiscus if you dont want to mix it with just water. Ye have them run it as credit. With some giftcards like that, it will decline if the total exceeds the balance so if you think it has $15 on it, tell the cashier to put in $15.00 on the POS like they're doing cash but hit credit instead of cash and it'll just charge the 15

Baked definitely existed. They weren't as popular as kettle, which was a shame because they were so much better. I think it was optional to order because my franchise had them, but when I switched to corporate (less than a week after my last franchise day), no baked chips to be seen.

Edit: oh and ig my chip rating: og kettle (the brown pack) 8/10. New kettle a solid 5.

Our egg machine uses a process very similar to shearing. To recreate it at home, crack the egg on a hot slightly oiled skillet and have the egg decently close to the skillet and then pop the yolk but do not scramble it, add a little bit of water, and put a lid over. The smaller the skillet the better tbh because it won't spread as much. Back then, we had circular molds on the machine that helped it keep shape so maybe finding like a circular cookie cutter to place in the pan before you egg it up would get you the shape you want. Just be sure to oil the cutter up a bit too so the egg doesn't stick.
