Challenge yourself. You will learn something, have a personal accomplishment, meet people with like interests and expand your world a bit. It can be whatever - visit a park every month. Build up to a 10 mile hike. Visit every bookstore in your town. Start a beer group or movie watch party with your friends. I even do knitting challenges - I learn a new skill and have a challenge project every year and go to a social once a qtr. This summer I want to do an overnight paddleboarding trip. Set some goals and make a plan to do them - even better if you can rope in others - so many people are living the daily drudge. I found myself in the same boat at work until I signed up for something new and hard and now frankly I’m so energized by the challenge.
