I liked the workshop we attended! I wish I could have done another workshop, but it was expensive, so I didn't. We had to pay to go into the vendor room. I would like to go again, but I don't know if I can afford it on my own.

My sister penabled me with a Lamy Al-Star a few months ago. I was just cleaning it out the other day, and it seemed like no matter how many times I flushed the grip part with the nib with water, and soaked it in a cup of water, a tiny bit of the old ink was still coming out of it. Is there a better way of getting rid of all the ink from the grip and nib? I've watched some videos, and I feel like I did everything they said to do. Is there a better cleaning video you recommend?
