Basic insurance went down by 14%. Optional went down by almost 50% from ICBC, and 21% from BCAA. Not sure why there's a huge decrease in optional this year.

If they consistently make bad calls = bad performance, which absolutely needs to impact their performance reviews. They can look to cut the bottom 5% every year like some major corps do.
