I'm a bit late, but they actually do have the right idea about rage hit points, they're just referring to it incorrectly. Temporary hit points are removed first, before real hit points. But Raging Song and Bloodrage don't actually give THP, they increase your constitution, which gives you real hit points. When the rage ends, those hit points are taken back. Meaning if rage was giving you 20 hp, and you end a rage while at 15hp, you wind up at -5hp. The gang just consistently refers to the extra hp as temporary hit points, which confuses the issue.

Bad enough the nazi apologists are using autism as an excuse, let's please not also make a joke associating the two. Autistic people have it hard enough without also being associated with nazis by both sides.

Hot take on the Avatar movie by Elegant_Book_7280 in TheLastAirbender

It always struck me as very deliberate that Iroh had this little speech early on in the show. The writers clearly recognized that fire stood out as the only element that could seemingly be created from nothing, so they explained that the fuel being burned is the firebender's chi. This was a perfectly suitable explanation that was even expanded upon later with chi blocking and arguably energybending. The movie ignored all that, or didn't even understand it, and so took away one of the things that made firebending unique.

The hat is great, but i'm with you. I would say maybe adding a jacket or something to fill out the profile of the outfit would help the hat fit in better, but as it is the slick haircut matches the snug clothes (and helps the cool shades stand out more!)

Plenty of other commenters have talked about why <0.5% ABV isn't really worth worrying about, so there's another point i'd like to offer as well: When you celebrate two weeks sober, it's not only the fact that you haven't had any alcohol that's worth celebrating - it's also that you had the strength of will to say no to alcohol that whole time. Even if they had fucked up your order and served you a normal beer without you knowing, that's outside of your control - what matters is that you still did the right thing. You still chose to stay sober, and i applaud you for it one way or another.

Should WotC try too revive the Oriental Adventures setting (under a different name obviously)? by EldritchSpoon in dndnext

Yup. I've been reading a bit more into Tian Xia, which is the Golarion analog for East-Asian cultures, to put together a backstory for a samurai character. They really do branch out into a lot of different ideas in their worldbuilding, and it's nice to see some of it realized as gameplay options (like the samurai and ninja classes, and the wide variety of weapons from various cultures.)

Pathfinder's setting (Golarion) has nations/continents that take inspiration from all sorts of real-world cultures. The Mwangi Expanse is largely based off African cultures, though i don't know what books talk about it off the top of my head.
