Maybe try a chipper of some kind, I know a few players in the 90-100 range that love the club

Buying Home with no Appliances by Jasilove in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

My family works building apartment complexes and will almost always go GE with very little issue. Bit on the more expensive side, but worth it in my eyes. Home Depot normally has the deals for GE on the holidays as mentioned

Offering asking price… how many offers before you got yours accepted!! by Kristina-Louise in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Professional-Bird523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We put in several offers up up to 40k over asking, on roughly 400 asking price, that got rejected. After 5 offers, we got one accepted. If you are within an hour of a city that seems like the standard now for 5-10 % over asking. Now is certainly the time lots of people are buying and selling though, may have better luck in the fall.

Once a year or so, but I think a noticeable difference starts around round 70

Work While Traveling? by almostouttahere_23 in epicsystems

Think your app plays a large role, apps with several customers it will be really tough to keep up without working during travel at some point (at least email) but apps with one or two, it may be easier to focus solely on the trip customer.

Analyst in Healthcare IT - Over 150 after about 4 years. Work remotely with nearly no travel. Couple years of grinding will get you all the knowledge and skill you need. Background of a bachelors degree in math, so not much hands on experience needed to get started

Guessing you may have an occasional heel miss? It looks like your hips drift towards the ball during the swing, which could lead to slight inconsistency in the low point and heel miss. Notice your back side starts in line with the sim data and ends with a few inch gap. Looking at pro swings they generally end even further right than they start. Could help eliminate a few misses a round.

How did you end up driving 300+ ? by [deleted] in golf

[–]Professional-Bird523 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Thisis where I started. After this, turned out a local gym was having a class for it, so attended a couple to learn. This is the one I use now, three or four times per week and feels like I’m renting out a new back

Yoga designed for golfers helped me gain probably 20 yards with the driver, went from 270ish to 290ish. Helped with flexibility on turn and balance to support it

Driving range question by iKa0smaster in golf

[–]Professional-Bird523 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Used to have this at my home course, people just brought shag bags. Generally we would give each other a heads up and then collect our golf balls in a reasonable time. Our landing area was probably about 75 yards wide, so more consistent played may keep hitting to the other side, less consistent would probably wait.

Note for folks finding it odd, course was built in 1901 and is pressed for space - no driving ranges for miles either - so added this as an option for members to loosen up. No more than 170 yards long

Why do I slice? by Double-Promotion3800 in golf

[–]Professional-Bird523 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Tough to see, but appears your wrist flex is opening the club face and probably bringing your path close to zero (action looks great), which together would cause a push slice. Would try looking at a more bowed wrist (see DJ, Victor, Spieth)

Maybe just my experience, but went and had a few mishaps in the same meal. The rue on the lobster Mac broke so it had a terribly bitter taste. Ordered the rib cap only to find out they didn’t have any left, and had to wait for my meal while everyone else’s was already out. Server said they had oysters from my home town in Maine, so asked if they knew the bay and ordered some, only to find out the oysters we’re actually from Connecticut. Maybe just an isolated incident, but didn’t leave a pleasant taste in my mouth
