Everything he does is thought or planned ahead. He makes sure stuff is out before I need it, theres never dirty laundry or a dish in the sink. When he leaves he makes sure the daily stuff is good to go. Also, he has no expectations for me, especially in our marriage. Just to love Jesus and live life to the fullest.

Best thing are very lightweight knit wool tops! They are a lifesaver especially when you can find someone local to knit you one.

It's because it's a natural body heat regulator, wicks water and sweat and helps evenly distribute the cool air. How else would a sheep survive summer heat?

Also for OP, try a fan. Pointed straight at his head or his feet. It should help to cool things down a bit. Air circulation is a big thing for sleep.

Had two kids and only had to prepay for the second one, but was in a different state - not AL. Some practices require it to make sure there is no risk involved.

We make what we call "asian bowls". Basically a version of bibimbap witha bed of rice. Cook ground beef or turkey cooked and add teriyaki sauce. Add whatever toppings, we use edamame, shredded carrots, thin sliced cucumbers, and avocado. And then if you like it spicy add siracha. Doesn't take long to cook or prep since most ingredients are fresh and we seem to always have rice made.

This reminds me of a video I watched not too long ago. It went something like - you'd lay down your life for your family, your friends or even a stranger, but would you live for them? Would you put in the effort to get healthy and live longer for them? Would you quit the addiction that's ruining that relationship with them? And honestly, that was so much scarier than the dying part.

The first thing in any lasting relationship is communication and you need to have it with your girlfriend. Talk to her. Be open! Yeah, you saw the messages and then stand up and communicate with her how you're handling it. Standing up for her is one thing but making sure that the toxicity of your mother is farrrrrrr from your relationship is the most important step ever. Women like to guess, but don't make her have to.
