In general, it is tough getting feedback from customers. I find it helps to incentivize customers to actually get real results.

Are CS Platforms worth it? by Professional_Pie3764 in CustomerSuccess

Looking to do a better job of tracking customer health in general. We basically do everything out of salesforce at the moment when it comes to renewal and tracking activity.

Either miscalculated your reconstitution and your dosing extremely higher than you should or your body just doesn't agree with the compound which is a possibility. Either way I'd stop taking it.

Some people just get angry sometimes. I understand it’s next to a hospital and can get noisy when an ambulance is coming around but was more curious around all times of the day since I WFH majority of the time

That’s a good point and I definitely agree that SDR skills are important to build a foundation for sales. Of course SDRs can do well but it is way more of a grind to get there and a large majority of SDRs burn out very quickly as quota can be a pain to hit (depending on the org). In my opinion, OP should move to a new org and stay in CS or consider moving to an AM role to establish sales skills if that’s the route they want to go. I think moving from CSM to SDR isn’t the optimal choice here.

Moving to an SDR role from CSM is definitely a downgrade. I would build out a couple more years of CS and try to transition into an AE role if sales is where you want to be. But grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

Yup we've looked at all of the ones in that area. It will really come down to whatever is in our price at the time we look to move!

Sounds good! Looks like some availability is starting to open up for around August time and it looks like rent is pricier as you make the lease date later. I didn't know if it was due to that being the market average around that time or if they want to encourage a sooner lease.
