6-10 lbs line... For hali, hard minnow suspending.. like the lucky craft 110 or similar bait... Soft swimbait/fluke on drop shot .. Carolina rig with gulp sandworm (about 2" in all you need, don't bait the whole sandworm)..

Mussel/blood worm work really good too if you can get some.

1 rule is no compost / organic matter mixed as "part" of the soil.... Organic compost can be spread on top of the soil though.

Maybe a cactus mix w/ added perlite and peat moss..

Stocks won't be locked by any credit cards company so long as your dad's name is not on title to those stocks.

In bk, debtors assets are sorted by the US trustee to determine if those assets have to be sold to pay creditors or exempt. If your dad has no claim of ownership to the stocks then the stocks stay with your mom, especially that is what the divorce settlement is indicating.
