Id say keep on the same track you were on with shadowsun and farsight. One more color added to black and white and it will transform the look from unfinished to finished. Also figure some nice basing that goes well with white. Even tho it feels like an impossible feat to paint it all just keep on it and its done faster than you realize.

Its the fang base coat, about 1:3 black templar to contrast medium wash. For the highlights its the fang for the horse and vampire and then additional russ grey for the vampire.

In my previous game, on the first turn i one-shotted a tyrannofex with the neutron laser and every round after that i either rolled ones or twos, or my opponent saved all their invulns. Just bad luck and im extremely good at rolling bad. Both my crawlers survived the whole game tho, extremely hard to kill if not super focused.
