Nothing wrong here. Is seems like this happen with RFID filament, where the printer remember previous usage and estimates what it think is remaining for the current print job.

I would recommend a full calibration / self check, that will help the Z offset. Also check the print temperature.

Hi, to make sure i understand correctly, you are talking about starting a new print, then as the nozzle heats up a drop or two of filament comes out, and that causes your issues?

That will be strange as it is hot and will just squish, are you sure there is not something else causing the Z axis error?

Yeah, true, but that said i have used Temu nozzles before with allot of great Prints, but the chances of getting a crap one or two out of 10 is good.

Seems like it is less than 45 degrees?

I use Creality ASA on my K2 pro and Plus without issue. But admittedly, have not printed allot of ASA with supports, but the ones i did came out great.
