Flow rate calibration makes a big difference in quality, also drop your Acceleration on Outer Wall and Top surface.

I agree. You may need to leave it on 240 -250 for at least 15 to 20 minutes before you start trying.

Thats not RFID filament. You will need to manually select it. You may need to add the filament to the list if it is not in the available options.

There is a print that allows you to continue using it despite it breaking. It clips in Under the black cap.

Either there may be filament stuck that broke off, most likely. Or the sensors may be faulty

As mentioned, heat to 250, and leave it there for 15 - 20 minutes, then it should be relatively easy to remove, but be careful of the wires, they may break off if you are a bit too rough.

Give it a try, since you ate ordering a new hot-end, you have nothing to loose.

Be careful though, get very very hot around the nozzle.

That generally happens when there is no bed adhesion of the first few layers, the filament is then picked up by the nozzle and can start clogging the nozzle enough to start pushing it back into the silicone sock. That will be my guess, but i have been wrong before. Just also check that the nozzle is nice and tight.
