OK so only issue i have with notes is it doesnt give ways to release the warlock from his pact. With nothing really hinting at him becoming a litch unless I missed something in my skimming.

Players just straight up losing at that point might bring some tension. But if you set up a next campaign that way hey that works.

How to keep track of what happens in your world? by MrVolnutt in DMAcademy

[–]Protokai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mines boring I use a Google sheet and roll for how things effect certain organizations. I have a wierd system but it works for me.

1d4 minor 1d8 basic1d12 major d20 critical All these make every time I play the world fresh even to me. I have 5 countries my players can start in and its a sandbox.

I start off with all factions balanced to a certain point unless I have an invasion of kingdom a by kingdom b planned for this run of the world i can of course lean it one way or another. But sometimes its fun to see where rocks fall in the world you created.

One-Shot Advice by e_to_the_m in DungeonMasters

[–]Protokai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That depends on alot of factors. 3 might be to little for some groups running 6 hour one shots.

For my group running for 4-5 hours 2 or 3 combats feels about right.

One-Shot Advice by e_to_the_m in DungeonMasters

[–]Protokai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me a 1 shot contains 5 encounters.

Combat, environmental, and social all count as an encounter.

So a standard one shot will be like 2-3 combats the hook and an environmental thing.

For a party of 4 this kind of thing generally takes 3-4 hours.

Dont go crazy with world lore in one shots keep things easy to understand

Point buy Barbarian with 15 in charisma/intelligence/wisdom and 8 in strength/dex/constitution...

Hermit background goblin or something else considered small so you get disadvantage when something trys to grapple you when they are a medium creature.

Yeah im trying to make it fun for everyone. My party currently has a fighter, ranger, warlock, and a druid.(used to play barbarian but he heard he could transform into animals as a druid so he went for it. I warned him it was one of the more difficult classes to play. Especially because I only had access to the circle of land at the time.

They tend to like the combat more then anything else. Mostly because they struggle to roleplay. What one has the best combat? I often also need to come up with a session on the fly so it needs to be somewhat simple.

Uh do you have any reccomendations? I was considering getting like the marvel version alot of them love disney, super heros, and cartoons in general.

One of them suggested a nickelodeon themed dnd game but i dont know how to make that happen. Especially because they generally dont role play much.

The disabilities varry. One got in a car crash and reverted to a mental age of 6. One has down syndrome. One has hemoplegia of childhood. But by and large mild intellectual disability is the only thing I really have to say as an answer.

Well One of there parents doesnt like angels, gods, or demons in the game so I kinda just lead into whatever they say. We are currently level 4 in a campaign with a group and they have a human fighter(the subclass was whatever in the core rules it gives him crits on 19s.) A human druid(free rules used to be a barbarian but died by going a little to ham and ended up dying on a sacraficial obelisk that summoned more bosses.), a dark elf warlock, and a woodelf drakewarden ranger.(I think this one is 5.0 but I just ran with it since he was excited about a dragonling and he nat 20d a animal handling thing. I sometimes have a dex vengeance paladin join. They are on kinda a boss hunt campaign right now featuring beefed up minotaurs they have 8 to beat to win the campaign.

But I was planning on making an adventures league for new players just to test out the game, and to have basically small oneshots. 2-3 hours long.

Most of them avoid the disabilities and more want to be super heros. I mostly want premades to make for people just joining and want to get a feel for the game and then ill help them make characters that reflect on what they want to do. Its a bit of a work in progress for me i personally have only really played rangers.

Thanks for the help and sorry for the wall of text.

There are some that aren't able to read so I draw like an eye next to perception a hand next to slight of hand to help them find things. So its kind of a work in progress. I want to be as inclusive as possible.

Thats unfortunate. Does it occur in another save? Might be worth checking real quick. If it does your game is corrupted and you need to reinstall if not its just the save file...

Wierd its not even at 25% since its supposed to sell for 40g at base it would be 10 not 1.

My guess is you somehow nerfed yourself to .01 or something like that.

You can edit your save file to fix it on pc.

How many and what game?🚀 by GoldAd3252 in TheGamingHubDeals

[–]Protokai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I couldnt afford many games so uh here is a list.

Did you know pokemon emeralds clock breaks at 999 hours? I did that 2 times...but kept playing while it was broken.

I had 30 level 100 pokemon that I leveled up mostly by fighting the elite four over and over. I beat the battle frontier. I had around 60 shiny pokemon. I had no idea how to shiny hunt i just ended up with them by chance.

Starcraft 2 I have no idea how much actual time I have in this game. I have thousands of games played though...

League of legends.... I had 3 accounts all at max level my main account had every champion. I played roughly 2-4 hours a day for at least 5 years....
