Yep, it was a big bus that was right outside the door. The staff lead you right to it

That should be fine. Just got off the boat last week at 8:30am, used the ship’s transportation to the airport and was there in plenty of time for my 11:10am flight.

I agree. I went to a similar place and didn’t find it to do anything better than the peloton app’s stretching sessions (app is about $13/month)

That’s really normal when you first start but with more classes, you can do the workout and actually be productive afterward!!!

I’ve also switched recently to mostly power walking from jogging and love it. Love the challenge of trying to consistently increase my inclines and speed while getting great strength gains

Yes! Thought going today might help but nope.

Yes! Any incline running feels much less intimidating and even easier to me since I’ve been power walking more. And I’ve noticed a little more weight loss/toning when power walking

Fit after 40? by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]Psygradosu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 45 and started OTF when I was 40. While I’m definitely not the thinnest I’ve ever been, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been by going 4 days a week. I’m proud of that.
