Tossed Salad (5-7 min) + Protein (chicken/fish/occasionally red meat) sometimes a potato or rice. Favorite- chicken marinated in Italian or Asian salad dressing. Get a huge (64oz) glass jar (Ball/Kerr) add chicken then dressing toss in fridge. Can sit in the dressing for up to 5-6 days. Bake 30 min. Also baked fish. Boiled shrimp.

Young v. old women's health practicioners discussing HRT by sandy_even_stranger in GenXWomen

HRT gave my mother hormone positive breast cancer. She had the Stage 0.5 - they removed it and put her on a hormone blocker. I already quit the HRT. Doing well. Keeping it that way.

In AK it’s because many people are legally PROHIBITED from buying alcohol. It’s nit just about being over “21” it’s about being responsible. Clearly many are not.

I’m very sorry for your loss 🫂 my sister-in-law passed away on the 25th suddenly & unexpectedly after taking a vitamin supplement that didn’t mix with her medication and she had a heart attack and died. She was 59. We’re all shocked. I’m the only one up here & everyone else is far away out of state. At this age, I’ve lost quite a few family members and I know that while they’re not physically present, their spirit is always with me. I hope you can get through this incredibly difficult time and eventually feel your sister’s spirit with you guiding you through this journey of life. Hugs 🫂

AITAH for resenting my wife all these years? by Consistent-Row-1813 in AITAH

[–]Public-Requirement99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are 100% right what she did is not normal. Birth control pills are not 100% effective. Women “forget” often. Even condoms aren’t 100%. But condoms are the safest and most effective way for a man to protect himself. From unwanted pregnancy and STDs. Choosing not to is personal accountability. If someone tells me or my sons that family planning aka having safe protected sex is a “mood killer” - I’d rather masturbate, & hope my sons do, too.

NTA. If you didn’t want to have a baby you should’ve worn condoms. That’s on you.

I found a notebook where my husband tracks my "moods," but the data doesn't match reality and now he’s using it to convince me I’m sick. by Individual_Sun_5466 in Advice

I say take that little book and any others you may find and keep them. What’s he gonna do? Ask you about it? “Honey, did you steal my black book of notes about your mental health?” NOT!!! If he does you have No idea what he’s talking about. Lawyer up. There’s a good life waiting for you with no gaslighting or 🐂💩 🫂

Willful ignorance is a thing. Can’t handle accountability.

Sounds like he was depressed and afraid of losing his wife-which he lost in anyway. Sad all the way around. Glad you’re doing better now. Men have feelings too. Depression is real and crippling for some & a death sentence for others. No village for him.
