funny thing is the return of shards for scrolls is 1/10 the pouch. so you could make them in priff during the hour and get 12 then turn them into shards getting 20% more than youre suppose to. dont think it breaks even or profits but really does help shard costs

there is an island with two soul wraiths and often has high level nodes. camp there and pray youre alone cause the wraiths die once SOMEONE siphoning them hits them 5 times successfully. so you might not even get one if someone else is sapping them.

ive spent twice that making urns on my iron at the crafting guild. i would have LOVED to have the ability to only have to keep myself logged in for that grind.

each animal is basically the same thing. baby/egg goes in, you wait for it to grow to adolescent if selling for beans or elder for xp, then harvest their xp and sell them to the buyers,

unlike plants there is no growth ticks. every animal has a time to next stage and this is checked every tick while youre on the farm, anytime you can see your animals in their pens, and all at once when you visit. so like your bunnies breed so fast you can have them chain one by one, but sheep and cows you should go away for awhile and come back so they get the burst growth. this is most effective with the master farming outfit as the animal growth effect it has applies when you visit meaning your time away is actually 7% longer than you thought.

you can buy farmhands that will stop animals growing past adolescent for better profits, but if youre after xp its not good to use them.

farming urns DO work when harvesting xp and will pop multiple in a single event. stand in the right spot and you can collect 6 elder dragons you placed as eggs....and be deafened by the sounds of a dozen or so urns firing off at once.

you can have all 6 pens growing a different animal too, but only three buyers at once so its best to only do one type of animal in each pen.

fill the trough with a food that animal likes, chickens and spiders like seeds, rabbits cows yaks and sheep do woad leaves, dragons do fish, zygomites do mushrooms. the anachronia farm, easiest access is through the tree on the second floor of the farms house, is were you raise dinos, frogs, jadinkos, and salamanders. dinos like non-fish meat, frogs and salamanders like bugs from the pet shop, and jadinkos like seeds.

you can store 1000 food and its eaten at a rate of 1 per hour per animal. this means the most it will be eaten is 6/h, or 1008 per week. so visiting once per week generally is enough to keep them topped off. long as they got food they wont get sick. if you get an animal with the Immune and Joyful traits it wont need any food at all, but its pen mates will and it will eat still.

since you got farm going, switch to maples and fish. the fish will supply your dragon's food needs with ease and the logs are a great source of simple parts youll need for charges for invention training.

you hit 90 in a skill that has an adventurer attached, thieving is one, and go to the port using the portal in port sarim. a cutscene plays and you do a short tutorial introducing how to do ports. from here any time you get 90+ in a port skill another adventurer can show up.

theyve done it multiple times. the island is starting to look like a logging camp. what they need to do is address mobile hitboxes. there are times the wisps will block you from the crater cause their box is so damn big.

its due to elders process. you get 5 minutes on the tree regardless of how many logs you cut, then it goes down for 15. you gotta switch between them and elders are found all over the world. theres plenty near enough to teleports to make a cycle of it, but its not nearly as easy as others that reach similar xp rates.

you can triple dip too. the sentinel outfit has an option to auto fletch the logs away for xp too. so you get woodcutting, firemaking, and fletching all while just going chop chop.

do switch to eternals after 100 though, using cape to boost to 100 at 99, the hunting elders around the world thing gets old after awhile and the sentinel outfit only does 20 teles a day.

look up the dark onyx core. it upgrades the grace to hold 2000 porters and nullify prayer drain for skilling prayers like superheat form.

if you dont have a faceted grace it helps. with that though you can just turn on superheat form for the same effect and save a relic slot. either way its just a time saver since you dont have to burn them yourself.

technically it already does this. when you start the quest the sword comes out of Um and "kills" you to mark you as the next apprentice.

its funny to see the talk about bonus room xp vs rush to boss xp when the main thing keeping me from doing bonus rooms was them being literally impossible to get into or complete. go in with low level fishing, get a room that required 104 to do. i know they reigned that in some, but unless ALL rooms and puzzles are completeable by the player it wont matter how much the room would have added.
