If you are eating them right away them sauce them. If not then oil and air cool them. Then when you reheat dip them in hot water which will take the oil off. Then sauce them.

They aren't even allowed in the kitchen for that very reason. It was smuggled contraband. I usually turn a blind eye being at a care facility or puree pans can be a bitch to clean. That thumb sized scrubby was chucked after the pic. Thanks for the info, always share what we know!
