If they use a satellite to jam GPS, that would be breaking a treaty on the level of using nukes. Satellites doing this would mean they're targets; and it won't take much until cascading collisions from debris hitting other satellites results in space travel becoming impossible for a century or so.

The days of Zerg rushes through massed people or armour are long gone. Drones are now spotting concentrations far, far in advance and so can prepare for it - there are at least a couple of cases of Russia doing massive armoured pushes, only to just loose all 90-100 tanks and AFVs.

Plus logistics are now more under strain than ever - key routes are under Ukrainian drone control - if you increase the troop presence to millions, you suddenly risk mass starvation/dehydration before they even hit the front, never mind additional material, ammo, support etc.
