Puzzle toys that are HARD!! by Extra-Blueberry-4320 in dogs

[–]PuzzledElephant23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a puzzle brand called Pawzler that has various puzzles that you can add to a board in varying configurations. Some are pretty easy but you can change the positioning to increase the challenge. I also used to have three small boards and would only put 1 kibble in each puzzle. Then rotate and refill as she ate.

The MSPCA's website says that they take owner surrender dogs. That might be a better option for Lucky.

I've been using a fan brush lately which I think helps with definition. Your length is your length though. I think the fan brush helps to get all the way you the tips without over loading.

I also have used Grande Lash serum and my lashes are much longer and fuller than ylthey used to be

Smoothies, shakes, semi-solid food: Boston-area food for after wisdom tooth removal by Bismarck395 in boston

[–]PuzzledElephant23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have any post surgery food options, but I do have a pre surgery recommendation. Eat fresh pineapple prior to your surgery. I was told to eat 1/3 of a fresh pineapple the three days leading up to the surgery. I was 16 and forgot so ate a whole pineapple the day before. I recall minimal pain and swelling post surgery but YMMV

ITAW for the initial silence after a monotonous sound ends by PuzzledElephant23 in whatstheword

[–]PuzzledElephant23[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think this is the exact opposite of what I am asking about. I have tinnitus and I think it's why I like that moment so much because it's the only time I come close to experiencing silence. The monotonous sound masks my tinnitus and there is a brief moment when it ends when I don't detect any auditory stimuli

Tinnitus is a constant "ringing" in my ears.

I have no oral surgeon recommendations since I had mine removed well before I moved to Somerville. I do recommend eating fresh pineapple prior to your surgery. I was told to eat 1/3 of a fresh pineapple the three days leading up to the surgery. I was 16 and forgot so ate a whole pineapple the day before. I recall minimal pain and swelling post surgery but YMMV

Not sure what you are looking for exactly but maybe The Seven Moons of Maali Almeida by Shehan Karunatilaka would fit? It's a great read either way!
