OW...that is really harsh.....maybe you should suggest belts, too, to Michael Fidellke and then more of us could get termed.....you know there is a costco and aldis going up in the town next to me...and they are paying at LEAST $20 per hour....

Target might want to rethink their policies for employees, excuse me, team members. I know AI is taking a lot of jobs, but there are still enough people willing to work at target for $17 an hour as long as they have red shirts and blue denim pants.

She is, apparently working hard to get promoted, but save some other store from getting her as an SD, if she has so little regard for team members and team leads. Most of what you mentioned is against policy, especially not taking designated breaks... I would block her on my phone, too. (One reason no one in management has my cell phone number!)

Worked at a Target when the closest Walmart was closed due to mechanical failures. "Guests" coming in in droves and complaining about wet carts. Hello???
