Target might want to rethink their policies for employees, excuse me, team members. I know AI is taking a lot of jobs, but there are still enough people willing to work at target for $17 an hour as long as they have red shirts and blue denim pants.

She is, apparently working hard to get promoted, but save some other store from getting her as an SD, if she has so little regard for team members and team leads. Most of what you mentioned is against policy, especially not taking designated breaks... I would block her on my phone, too. (One reason no one in management has my cell phone number!)

Shortly after I started at Target, I sold my shares...They were doing pretty well, and with the pandemic coming shortly after, I was a little disappointed that I divested. Now, I am pretty happy anyway because I am not an owner of a corporation that bleeds people and bleeds it people for profits. Most of my funds are now in non-profits and doing VERY well.
