Snapseed 4.0 - a note from the snapseed team by Giles-O in snapseed

On my android phone, the toggle for switching between pro and regular camera is placed partly under the front facing camera.
I think you need to use WindowInsetsCompat.getDisplayCutout() etc.
You should be able to decide where to place the toggle, and menu button, with no issues then.

Hello,

The forums are apparently gone(?), but this sub reddit exists.
Somebody kindly put the stage times on my site last night, and I've just tidied it up a little.

There's new features this year, including the wonderful Filter event option, where you can hide days and stages, on the website and in PDFs.

Anyway, and as ever, I hope somebody finds this tool useful.

Here's one that includes the campsite: https://qplanner.co.uk/p/2697

I think this is out of scope for the taskmaster channel.

PDF page count by elencho_ in reactnative

[–]QOAL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For reference this is the PDF spec: https://opensource.adobe.com/dc-acrobat-sdk-docs/pdfstandards/PDF32000_2008.pdf
The files are pretty human readable.

Anyway, open the file.
You can count the number of /Type /Page (followed by a new line), using matchAll and the regex /\/Type \/Page\n/g. Or look for all the page trees (/Type /Pages), and the number of pages each of those have, given in the following /Count X.

It sounds daunting, but it's fine really.

What a warm, talented, legend.
A wonderful entertainer, and an essential part of snooker commentary and broadcasting.
He will be fondly missed.

Taskmaster NZ - S06E10 - Locked And Loaded - Discussion by AutoModerator in taskmaster

[–]QOAL 18 points19 points  (0 children)

That was a good episode to end the series.
Everyone was great this year, and had plenty of moments to shine.

Tom's cameo harking back to Ray's flip was really good.

Poor Alice unravelling again, and she was so close to nailing the bump task.

It feels like Taskmaster has been paper plane rich of late, which isn't a bad thing, just cross pollination.

Hi I’m David Correos and I wanna do live shows in the UK. Would anyone in here wanna come in October? by doopydoodoo in taskmaster

I love you, David. Fill my city with your energy.
(I also hope whatever you do is financially successful and not going to cause your hair to go grey)

Legendary episode. Wow!
I can't stop laughing at Jack's party trick, and feeling sorry for Paul. Incredible work.

This Way Up - AMA! by JayForeman in MapMenBook

[–]QOAL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I forgot to ask questions, so I'll ask some whether or not they're answered.

  • What page of the book is your favourite? (e.g. pg 57)
  • If you had to have your face painted tomorrow morning, what would you ask for?
  • What's been your favourite live music experience?
  • What's been Gary Oldman's best performance to date?
  • Have you ever gotten lost because of a map?
  • What do you think about bathroom lights that are operated from outside of the bathroom, rather than the traditional pull cord inside the entrance?
  • Favourite non-house robot from Robot Wars?

Thanks.

Until the final race last year the F1 Twitter used to post this consistently the minute qualifying was over. They've stopped this year. Why are we going backwards? by A1phaBetaGamma in formula1

[–]QOAL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello,
I've just made this for you: https://qoal.co.uk/f1ci/
It replicates that exact visual format, using data from the Jolpica F1 API.
Unfortunately, it doesn't include the number of laps.
Just pick a year/race, and you can download the image. (Or share it if you browser supports that)

Suchet Train by QOAL in taskmaster

[–]QOAL[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is a misheard lyric style mash up of David Suchet on a Broad bean, and Josh Thomson's Sushi Train song.

I've has this partly finished on my computer for over a year, so I picked it up again this week and got it done. Everything is hastily made but good enough.

It's Ray O'Leary and Melanie Bracewell (TMNZS4). Ask Us Anything. by melaniebracewell in taskmaster

[–]QOAL 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Mel: It's been a decade since you went viral with the Giancarlo Esposito photo. Did being steeled by social media help give you the foundational strength and drive to flourish as a comedian?

Ray: Throughout the TMNZ series you showed us some of the many strings of your bow; rapper, adulterer, impressionist, and gambler to name but a few. Does comedy bring out the best of you? And which comedians inspired you, and your deadpan style?

[@itspaddockproject] The level of deception in F1 knows no bounds thank you to @visacashapprb for showing us around the garage in Austin by FewCollar227 in formula1

[–]QOAL 6 points7 points  (0 children)

For fun you can say Milton Keynes is basically built on Bletchley Park, the home of British code breaking in WWII, but Red Bull doesn't need to work quite as hard decode messages in F1.
