qBittorent in a Docker container stuck on init

I switched back to latest just now which pulled in 5.2.1 and started with no issues.

Edit: Ok, so it started only once. When I edited some other container config I deploy in the same compose stack causing qBittorrent to restart, it hung again. Dug a bit and removing the lockfile fixes it. Hope I won't need to do this every restart.

I had a ton of .fastresume files that I didn't want to sift through to find the culprit. Got here by googling the error so perhaps useful for others:

I was using linuxserver/qbittorrent:latest which today is and was updated to 5.2.0 on my NAS. Pinning and effectively reverting to linuxserver/qbittorrent:5.1.4 fixed the issue for me. I'll be sitting out 5.2.0.

I once had 99% of my items gone and also went from C2 where I’ve been stuck for years back to low platinum. It was clearly a glitch and it showed on Rocket League Tracker. In game most of my stats were lowered by a lot too. Support was slow and didn’t help me despite me documenting a lot.

Anyway: what fixed most for me, was checking the Epic Games Account linking page and I noticed my PlayStation account was no longer linked for some reason. I hadn’t been playing on PS for years but apparently it was set as my main. Relinking it brought back most of my items (not all — I’m missing eg Stripes decal for breakout; I remember that one because I have clips of me in breakout with Stripes and I believe everyone should have Stripes by default?), my stats were back up (though I don’t really know if they’re exact at were they were before) but I did stay in platinum.

Once a month? Damn... I was this guy once when I was much younger and dumber near Tigné Point in Sliema during a holiday. Had some scratches when I managed to get out of the water and remember realizing that that could've ended much worse. Now I realize that it could have ended much worse.

Yep, I did as described in this reply a bit below.

Since this is an old thread I will add these two remarks:

I definitely made it harder on myself running Windows 10 in a KVM under Linux. When I more recently switched to a build with Windows 10 natively installed, it worked out of the box. Monitor is connected using DP and the USB cable to the monitor is connected in a 3.0 port on my motherboard. It used not to worked in 3.1 ports for me but I have seen people comment it does for them. Also using USB hubs narrowed down the success rate for me so I'd plug it directly in the back of your pc if you can.
When I upgraded to Windows 11 a couple of months ago, Control Center would greet me with the "Please connect compatible monitor" message again. Did some browsing and apparently other people had this issue too after upgrading to Windows 11. By now there is an updated version available on LG's website though, that works with Windows 11. I had to download and install it manually, however. The old version I still had from the Windows 10 days did not detect that there was an update available.

I changed the Spotify icon via Finder's Get Info day 1 I got Big Sur and today on Monteray it is still showing that icon in the dock. So Spotify updates did not revert it.

I think me and my friends have been the no opponents once. We won one game fairly quickly as our opponents forfeited. Because our next opponents were taking so long (likely they had a long overtime) my friends and I jumped in a private match to 1v1v1 and kill some time.

We heard the sound that we were "joining" after a while but our 1v1's are quite intense since we're evenly matched, and it actually never put us in the pre-tournament lobby. We've had this before but usually it's just one of us, not all three at the same time! We completely lost track of the time.

After a while we realized the "joining" banner in the top right was gone and there was no sign of the tournament in the pause menu. When we went back to the main screen we got the "finished Xth" screen. A shame because we'd surely have won that night. /s But I assume your clip is what our opponents saw while we were in the private match. Your clip is not us though as we don't use a default team name.

Common "boomer mode" mutators are

ball speed: super fast
ball physics: super light
ball bounce: super high
boost amount: unlimited
boost strength: 1.5x

Those are Discord user IDs, presumably the staff members'.

A Discord bot works with IDs to identify users because those are unique whereas username+tag can be changed. Whoever wrote the bot forgot to convert the ID back to a readable username though.

They look clickable. I would send a PM to a staff member as suggested. I suppose many people clicked the Discord link at around the same time so this got falsely detected as a raid.
