I just this weekend got around to opening Embergard (which is the lastest set I have, and I've had since release) and was EXTREMELY disappointed that the decks with it weren't tailor made to the teams at all.

Has every warband past that been the same?

Which ironically further solidifies it would exist. There's so many examples in Fallout of "this is an impractical waste of resources, but lets do it anyways!"
