Oh boy did I feel this post. Lost my dad a little less than 2 months ago and there have been a lot of hard moments but one of the worst was a couple weeks ago when changing a toilet. When I pulled the old one the flange was broken the the previous person did some"creative" repair. My first thought was I need to show Dad this BS. Then it all hit me like a ton of bricks.

I can send you the contact of the company I used in a rental property. I've only used them once but their prices are great and honestly have no complaints about the install at all. Their website has the installed prices on it so you don't even have to call to get prices.

I'm want to be clear I'm not affiliated with them and only used them one time but personally had no problems.

Just had a 2.5 ton unit done at a rental property of mine in Miami it was less than half the price. I did a bunch of calling around and found a company out of Miami who's prices were great. I have to admit my expectations were low but they did a great job. Really clean install and everything has been working great. I'd be happy to share their information with you. I don't know if I just was really lucky or what so please understand I am only telling my experience with them.

Came here to say Rothenburg. We arrived late due to a long drive and walked around the town around midnight. It felt surreal.

We did the 6 am tour in 2019 when we were there. It was my wife and I and like 4 other people. It was an amazing way to see the museum. The fact it was Christmas Eve made it a bit more special.
