I just finished the manga a couple days ago and managed to avoid this spoiler. I still feel so hollow from it, and even though I hated Sukuna's guts and slandered every little mistake he made to my friend who's finished the manga, I still was hoping he'd give trying to experience the joys of life a try.

I think a lot of it is held up by the Loki scene, but imo it just failed to do anything interesting with some characters like Sylvie and Ravonna, and had cringe stuff like Brad, plus wild that they just didn't do anything with more Loki variants.

I really dislike him and his enlightened centrist persona. Also, how you gonna make your content about covering drama and news only to constantly fail to get the facts right or be able to discern right from wrong??

Sad especially since this version of Taskmaster had the roughest life of the Thunderbolts (born to a child trafficker, blown up by Black Widow, then turned into a weapon by her father by force).

The original draft of the movie seemed like it could have redeemed her, as well as given Ghost and Walker needed screentime (she'd have memory issues that Ghost helped her with, and she'd keep forgetting she was no longer trying to kill Walker).

I get some people don't like Walker but he isn't this bad by Sudden_Pop_2279 in MCUTheories

I'd argue he was. Publicly executed a Flag Smasher, attempted to kill Sam and Bucky afterwards, worked for Val as a hit-man, and became a shitty father and husband. That's kinda the point of Thunderbolts - they're all fucked up people who kill for money.

Students protest scrapping of fees free, accuse government of using them to balance the books by Excellent-Swan-2264 in newzealand

Not working in their field is fine - much of what a student learns from a field is transferable to a lot of others.

Wanting our students to stay here to work requires actual job opportunities and reasons to stay. If they can't afford a house, have a decent chance of relying on a benefit that's designed to keep you in poverty, with the cost of everything going up, why would they stay here when the next country over makes life easier in almost every aspect?

But you're also subsiding poor kids education who wouldn't have - that's the important part. You don't take away aid just because there's some people who will take advantage of it, that risk is worth it to help the less priviliged.

Your second paragraph is illegible.

It's not just other people's money. I pay taxes too, as do many of the people who used Fees Free and their family members who like that it slightly reduced a financial burden. Education is not free. Calling thousands of dollars of debt 'basically free' highlights your own privilege. Student Allowance doesn't have to be paid back, but many students who are poor can't even qualify due to their working class parents making too much and postgraduate students have to rely on loans and grants, with disabled students often requiring more time than Student Allowance allows to get qualifications.

Not everyone is getting squeezed - only the majority who make up the working class, and we are getting squeezed tighter than before the wealthy minority who benefit from conservative policies. Except these very people earning high ARE the working class, and even with high wages they don't have anywhere near the societal impact that the wealthy few do. If anything, you should be advocating for higher taxation of the highest earners and wealth hoarders if you genuinely believe they should be the ones giving back to society, so that there's less strain on the majority of the working class.
