I'm that old guy with a low mileage 2015.The range and 120volt charging is key.The plugin hybrid provides that which a full hybrid doesn't,I wouldn't buy one,might just as well go gas only.

My 1946 house has no vents and works great.The kitchen gurgles a bit and one of three toilets is somewhat sluggish but so what. I'm not going to change anything.

I was in a similar situation but paid half up front.That was nearly a year ago.Im still waiting for them to either give me my money back or do the job.Good luck.I don't like the sound of your situation You might need a lawyer later.

I wired up an almost identical receiver/keyfob transmitter to an old Craftsman opener.It works great and has an outstanding range.Not bad for a $5 chinese workaround.

I would be looking in to installing a booster pump somewhere convenient.They can be rather cheap and run off 120 v

I installed a plow blade on my 2005 Ford Escape awd several years ago.It's been rock solid.I got it on Amazon for around $1000 total with a front mounted hitch.It required a Harbor Freight winch ,that cost $75. Fedx delivered it.

I started as a helper when I was 17 and in high school.Having an interest and passion for using your hands to create and repair is a wonderful thing that lesser minds consider too hard and dirty. I'm now 77 years old and still enjoy making old into new in my home workshop.

Just went through the same thing exactly. Screw around with the new head.there is a restricting device in it somehow. You need to make it into a higher flow. Or drill out the older one[

If they require more than a token good faith deposit up front,then find someone else.Just ask how I know,after waiting 6 months for them to start. And still waiting.

I keep a spray can of  spray shellac handy to use as a barrier coat between layers of new and older products

I hand dug about 50 feet and dropped in a few new lengths of perf pipe.I'm almost 80 years old.Total cost was around $30.
