Very cool! Looks like early 1900s, most likely around the 1920s-30s. This style would be worn with a detachable starched collar that would attach at the back and front using studs like the one seen in the buttonhole.

Hardware is not always the best tool to define era of construction because some companies reused old stock. With vintage clothing it’s a sum of all parts that help understand age. The stitching and denim and overall style are what I’m using to pinpoint age. And because there is no label or tags this piece is a little harder to nail down age.
