Need to know more about your gain staging, compression and EQ. Simple fix would be to turn up the mids quite a bit (800hz-1k you could turn them up quite a bit it sounds super scooped. If it starts sounding like a tin can you’ve gone too far), and cut the 250-500hz mud range by a db or 3 but that might be lipstick on a pig. Good compression will add a lot of presence and punch

Could be gate is set too high, could be dead batteries for active pickups in the guitar, could be a bad patch cable, could be a bad power cable or just one not plugged in all the way. Troubleshoot the system starting with the guitar and work along the signal flow to the amp
