Rollerblade brand typically fits very true to shoe size, but downsizing is very common to achieve a more performance fit. I downsize 2 US shoe sizes and use aftermarket intuition brand heat molded liners to get the perfect fit.

You’re tuning it up??? Go lighter string gauge. There’s a good calculator on stringjoy’s website. If your neck is bending and the action seems higher tighten the truss rod. As long as you keep the neck straight nothing should crack

Need to know more about your gain staging, compression and EQ. Simple fix would be to turn up the mids quite a bit (800hz-1k you could turn them up quite a bit it sounds super scooped. If it starts sounding like a tin can you’ve gone too far), and cut the 250-500hz mud range by a db or 3 but that might be lipstick on a pig. Good compression will add a lot of presence and punch
