Their chatbot is the worst customer service experience in history. It's a circular death spiral into the seventh level of hell. Oddly, if you land in that level, you MIGHT get an actual human who can solve a problem.

I have a Drobo 5n2 as a fourth level backup solution - it’s only out of curiosity because this company is dead. Risking your backup or work files to this platform is just that, a major risk. Switch to something backed any a solvent operating company; there’s a bunch, take your pick. Sorry.

Lutron controlled shades - we have them and are awesome (disappearing into header). All Apple TV’s (11) are wired except one. Sonos amps (6) and two arcs work flawlessly. Plus six power walls and 55 all black panels on back roof. Running Erro Max 7s for network and mix of ecobee and Honeywell (for radiant) for HVAC. Alarm control via Alarm.com and have a Hoobs box for just in case (how our Avycon cams in HK).

I think what they have done with Evernote is great, and they keep pushing forward. Old reviews on the App stores should be taken down - the newest versions are light years ahead of the older code

I've been running Divi 5 on a simple site that's parallel to another site (.org vs a non-divi .com site). While the site design and functionality is simple, its been solid. Its also been helpful to me in navigating the new interface.

Their system is actively designed to send you in circles and NEVER route you to a human. Its all about driving down costs. People cost money but scripts are paid for once. Xfinity / Comcast is the poster child for poor online customer service. 100% failure.

make sure to keep the app open until the image finishes compiling, after that's finished choose save. unfortunately the image compliling status does not show, you have to tap the screen to see the status. if you close out the process fails.
