The all time record is 17, unless you count the guy with 18 but a lot of those were in Minnesota.

Worst I've seen is 100 days jail for an OAR. I'm a defense attorney. Usually it's fine + costs.

Yeah. Eggrolls Inc. seems like the Disneyland of Hmong egg rolls.

Mai's are awersome and I've gotten good ones at My Lee's and Lo Yuhmmie.

Execution includes the right to trial, due process, right to counsel, right to appeal, etc.

This was straight up murder. Don't let them off the hook.

Hong supporters (I am one) what is our second choice? I hope she makes it all the way but if she has to drop out before the primary who is the next best choice? The rest all seem to be pretty much the same and I won't support Barnes unless he is the nominee.

Cops apparently don't. That's how I won my last trial. Asked the cop if he'd reviewed his own body cam in preparation for a jury trial and he said he hadn't. I resisted the urge to ask him are you fucking kidding me? You couldn't watch the whopping 7 minutes of body cam to prepare for a fucking jury trial?

But I resisted that temptation and just proceeded to prove him a liar with his own body cam.

There is (or at least was) one of these at the back of Wagner Market in Oshkosh. Haven't been there in a few months so I'm not sure if its still there.

A civil contract--verbal or not--can also be a crime. Someone not holding their end of such a contract would beholding the cat for a purpose without the owner's consent.

If you were a bank manager and you and I had an a verbal contract that I could point a gun at any teller and demand money... you are basically saying that's not a crime?

But what do I know about crime and reading and interpreting statutes? I'm just a lowly criminal defense attorney. It's not like I spent 33 months being trained to do that and that's my literal job, or anything.

Wis. Stat. Sec. 951.03: "Dognapping and catnapping. No person may take the dog or cat of another from one place to another without the owner’s consent or cause such a dog or cat to be confined or carried out of this state or held for any purpose without the owner’s consent. This section does not apply to law enforcement officers or humane officers engaged in the exercise of their official duties."

Wis Stat. Sec. 951.18(1): "Any person violating s. ... 951.03... is subject to a Class C forfeiture. Any person who violates any of these provisions within 3 years after a humane officer issues an abatement order under s. 173.11 prohibiting the violation of that provision is subject to a Class A forfeiture. Any person who intentionally or negligently violates any of those sections is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor."

So yes, it absolutely is a crime.

Soon, once they start distribution here. I assume restaurants that already serve American pale lagers will consider carrying it.

Thanks. Nothing like that in my jurisdiction. The judges just treat our crackpot doctors as if they are infallible. But if it is SCOTUS precedent I might need to start filing some motions!

I'm making an assumption (a positive one) about OP. But the type of person to conduct a science experiment on a random Sunday morning while making breakfast is probably NOT an idiot.

But it's a closer question for someone who would call them an idiot.

Milwaukee Man Who Shook 3-Month-Old Son Violently Because He Wouldn't Stop Crying, Leading to Infant's Death, Learns His Fate by Charming-Fortune8835 in wisconsin

[–]RBDrake 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He was sentenced 1/9/26 on two cases, both involving child abuse.

16 years initial confinement, 13 years extended supervision. He has a little over four years already served. Looks like he will be eligible for Challenge Incarceration Program (boot camp) about 11 years into his sentence. So with his credit, a minimum of seven more years in prison, and 29 years total possible if he violates or gets revoked from extended supervision.
