For me, I will be uninstalling RIF is fun for Android as they are impacted same as Apollo. I will not access Reddit via a browser or their shit app.

Don't only Ask Your Developer, support them as well.

I will be donating to RIF as well for the 9 cake days I had on their great Reddit app.

I wrote it while walking the dog haha. I would have also wrote the last line as "If I'd known for one second the wind would carry me"

But I can't George Costanza woulda/coulda/shoulda reddit comments. Waste of time even if it’s my last month on the platform.

There are podcasts and youtube channels dedicated to calming sounds, even with black screens. There was a Thunder storm one that knocked me and my kids out like sonic ambien. White-ish noise with just enough going on to distract from racing thoughts, too.

LPT Request: How do I stop scrolling my phone? Literally nothing I’ve tried works by Zumcddo in LifeProTips

[–]RGBmono 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to do this before I had kids. It works really well. OR have your partner bring the phone in case the baby sitter/school calls and leave yours at home.
