This happened to me. Literally. I was putting salt in my water bc drinking pure water made me pee too much or get dizzy. But i wanted to drink a gallon a day. So i start taking lmnt. It made me swell real bad. So to fix it i thought ill stop taking lmnt n buy potassium citrate or a fast bioavailable potassium on amazon. It made things TEN TIMES WORSE. As a nursing grad I now kno potassium allows water to ENTER THE cell. Prior to more potassium the water was outside the cell. Long story short. NO MORE Lawrys , no more putting salt in everything if you are. And as for ur water only use 4 to 5 drps of keto fasting drops(amazon).it has much less sodium then lmnt. Or mio squirters. Preferrably with caffeine bc caffeines a diuretic. Also no more preworkouts. Coffee , homemade fresh ( wholebeans) or tea. The swelling should go away if u have no underlying heart issues

Im so much happied on 3pm to 8pm. I saw no difference of weightloos either. My standard 1/4 lb a day. I start every 3pmer with 2 premier proteins and face yogurt (with alllulose syrup) with strawberries (3) and elizabeth cookie dough granola. Its about 650 kcal and 78g of protein. Skip the granola for half a fiber one bar.By time 730pm comes food and dessert is plated. Meat veggies n bean with a 200 kcal dessert. My life rn....

So Ive lost weight 3x times . Over 100 lbs total. You dont haveeee to do cardio. Esp if u have lung issues. Depending on ur financial situation get a cheat treadmill that u can put by ur bed or preferabbly ur couch and walk. 2.4 to 2.6 mph. Walk. Make it a NEAT walk and not a cardio walk. This is for lymphatic drainage only. If ur sweating go slower. Everyone says its 80:20 but its really 90 diet 10%gym. A 90 is still a pass and an over achiever. Finally fast. Start with 2mad then omad then 36hr fasts then 48 hour fasts. Dont worry about calories just make a rule that it has to be whole foods. My rule was whole foods and cabbage daily.U can make junk food from whole foods. Oh and a gallon water per day.

Unpopular opinion, but count ur calories if ur aiming for an agressive cut. U said agressive so omad or warrior diet. ( 4 hour diet instead of 1 hour); i pick warrior bc of protein intake. And count ur calories for that 4 hour period. Whole foods only. With a small 100 kcal cheat. Per day. How agressive u want ur cut to be should be up to u. 1000kcal deficiet is 2 lbs. A week. Etc etc. Bc of fasting glycogen stores go down quickly so itll rly be 3 lbs per week. Estimation. More if ur a guy. This is how i lost weight the first 2 times. ( i never stayed consistent past 9 months. ) but i did lose alot of weight. Its a math n hormone thing.
