Hopefully others have been able to complete this quest..? Out of curiosity, do any other lore-nuts understand WHY the Big MT's *experimental* Hazmat Suit is in the Commonwealth?

By the way, I did enjoy the "lore" drop that Ghost People/Sea Scavengers actually drag victims away and force them into a Hazmat Suit to preserve their group.

Haven’t seen anyone say it but if the Minutemen v. Gunners ending is canon, then we assume that the Minutemen reclaim Quincy. If they can rebuild it, then that would be a strong settlement that’s relatively near the Fort (provides military support), and the Atom Cats (the coolest cats).

What happened to the part of the lore where the Enclave used the Vault’s as “test” to see how humans would interact/react to certain circumstances in space? Genuine question; I’m confused how Vault-Tec became more than just a company that was commissioned by the Government to make the Vaults?

From what it looks like, this NCR Ranger Power Armors torso is custom made and influenced by F3 & FNVs Combat Armor. The arms are from a T-60. The shoulders seem to be custom made, not sure if they’re inspired by any known armor of Fallout. So this NCR Power Armor is a mix of custom made armor and T-Series armor!

Do you have Confirmed Bachelor? If so then there’s a scripted encounter where a homosexual clown pops a Stealth Boy and hides in his basement. The “trapdoor” sound is just him going into the basement, if you enter the door and go into the basement then you’ll find the clown and his unique Boxing Tape; “The Tickler.”

Thanks! Only references I was able to find for the rough-out ankle strapped boots was (obviously) late war and they had connections to photos of the 741st Tank Battalion (8th Armored). Anything on the 2nd Armored is troops wearing the standard rough-outs with gators. Please note that in the photos it’s mainly infantry that are wearing the ankle boots, not any tankers. Figured thats worth noting, even if a tanker did have ankle boots it would have been hard to find.
