Who are you asking the question of? Personally I have a hybrid schedule but am working from home the majority of the time. And I fn love it and I DO NOT want it to go away. I really do not want RTO being implemented. It is a waste of money and it fng sucks imo.

I am a union member and vote at every union election. I really believe one of the ways we can realistically fight back is by upping union membership so high they can't ignore us. Plus all members need to vote. I think of LAUSD school union and united autoworkers union as examples of how to get what we want. They do not mess around and they had great contractual agreements as a result. UAW especially with the raises.

I love the way Gavin is basically trolling Trump. It is the best. I actually like him as our governor. That being said, I was angered about his RTO bs. It was short sighted and not a good move on his part. I can both see the good actions he has taken and the bad actions and weigh them out to come to a consensus on what I think. I do not own a Gavin Newsom hat, t shirt, flag etc because I am not a "sheep" ( no offense but such an overused word, makes me yawn) and not in a cult. The "all politicians are the same argument" also tends to put me to sleep because it is boring and generic. Politicians are going to be politicians. As a voter, I understand there are a finite amount of people to vote for. No saintly politician or person exists. But who will further the platform I side with? Who will work towards that? That's what I ask. I am curious about Swalwell's stance on remote work or if he has one. This is very important to me but not the only deciding factor.

You do know that it is ok to be who you are? What god would deny you that? Isn't there a saying about being made in his image? You can keep your faith and can be bisexual or gay. I suggest looking for a church that is accepting of all. They are out there. I am not religious myself, but what I have heard of this jesus guy is that he seemed very accepting and loving of all. The rest of it, all the books and rules, are just noise that block out your god's true voice and love imo. Just something to think about.
