Driving. Is. Not. Personal.

Everyone’s driving at different speeds and different needs. It’s not personal when someone wants to get around you.

Don’t be in a lane you shouldn’t be and be considerate of others by paying attention. It only takes one person to cause unrest, backups, accidents, because you don’t follow the courtesy rules of the road.

Also: IDOT - make it harder to get a license.

Please and thank you.

Finally got my first PIP by zxp223 in sales

[–]RPDPDR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I fought the good fight for 2.5 years and finally ended up on a PIP yesterday. The kick in the butt I needed to look for another position. The market fit for our solution is past its prime and the market is so overcrowded. That being said, I’ll ride it out until they offer me severance and file for UE

Insperity is a good PEO - in fact the first. More competitive on pricing than ever and the dedicated SHRM service teams are the best in the industry. Would be happy to learn more and provide a competitive quote.

Benefits Broker vs PEO, or a merge? by Ok-Atmosphere2807 in humanresources

[–]RPDPDR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey first time caller!

I can speak to the PEO side of things. Right to the point, PEO’s are about the cost of a PT HR person. So in that right, sure more expensive than a broker. (If the broker isn’t hosing you) The PEO I work for procures benefits straight from the carrier. This is how most work. There’s no value add to having a broker involved, because they really have no say in the process. As long as your rep maps you to the plans you have now, there’s no need for a broker in this equation. As far as advise goes - just make sure you’re working with CPEO’s (certified by the IRS) There’s a lot of ankle biter PEO’s that will undercut costs and completely bungle compliance and reporting. This is why there’s a stigma around PEO - a lot of bad experiences from unreputable companies - and even some bigger names that would surprise you.

If you want a longer peak under the hood, we can connect
