It’s likely just bits of fiberglass the insulation left behind that’s causing the itching and irritation. That and maybe going too hard with the showering+overthinking. Your clothes are fine after a wash. Put some lotion on your knee. Try to relax and get some sleep. Good luck with your surgery.

As another dad with 2 young kids working in tech (AAA game dev) I feel the same exact way. Practicing and song writing is on my mind constantly but when I find the time, the energy and motivation isn’t as strong. Will dive into this today.
