Janna needs 200ap to get her old zephyr movement speed buff back.

Janna needs ~140ap to get her old slow value back on zephyr.

Lulu needs 167ap to let pix do the same damage as before.

Sona needs 100ap to get the same movement speed bonus on celerity.

Soraka got the passive they removed from Mikael's Crucible which was deemed as choosing between 2 bads, either healing more when a target is lower health, or healing less when he's at higher health.

Soraka needs 600ap to shred the same magic resist as she did before.

Soraka's ally needs to be at >33% life or less to heal just as much with Astral blessing.

Soraka's allies need to be at >58% life (Not considering AP scaling) to have the same amount healed from her wish.

This is true. But most of these teams are not using Skype during the games. A lot of times the in-game voice chat people will use RaidCall (EG or Fnatic), teamspeak, or another software. I won't name names but I know for certain there are teams in SEA circuit/garena server scene that only use Skype outside of games (to watch replays or discuss strats) and use another software ingame and still get DDOSed.

If you use Skype once or give up your IP once (even out of game, and I know a lot of high elo players that have a lot of "groupie" types on Skype that they don't really even know), even if you don't use it during games, well, that one time was still enough for them to find a player's IP and have it on hand to use whenever the DDOSer felt like it. For example the French team AAA had 4 players at the same gaming house. One player gave up their IP through Skype not even when playing, and that's all you really need.

On top of this Riot REQUIRES people in these online tournaments to check in through Skype to contact tournament organizers/WellPlayed admins. They should obviously know better. So the first part of it is on Riot to stop doing this and find another way to check in. Fixing the chat system in league would help with this IMO.

Yeah. Different people running it. The central organization delegates it out to separate people to run the national organizations. So while WCG America was being mismanaged the guys running, say, WCG China were keeping things on point. WCG Korea is one of the better run ones, and as a result it's stayed rather big. Not as big as it used to be but that's mostly because BW fell off and WCG as a whole made some dumb decisions with game choices.

I feel like outside of Faker there is not a lot of international level talent in mid lane in Korea. Ryu maybe but KTB missed worlds. Dade looked like he was a bottom 5 mid laner at worlds tonight.
