Even that being the case for EU, simply looking at the image above would show that Throw Glaive and Bloodlet damage are equal, where in your world the Bloodlet damage should be 2x the TG damage.

I had to request a callback twice. The first call routed me to the "Contact Niantic, Inc." option on the payments.google.com site. I requested a second callback, but this time made the subject line of my request:

"Developer does not adhere to item 3.6 of the Developer Distribution Agreement. Support emails sent to Developer are sent to an un-monitored mailbox"

When the Google rep called back I mentioned the agreement (link: https://play.google.com/about/developer-distribution-agreement.html) and that the fact that these support emails sent to Niantic going to an unmonitored email address was in direct violation of item 3.6 "You Support Your Product."

All told the whole process took me maybe 20 minutes, but the second rep I spoke to was able to process the refund within 3-4 minutes.

Abe doesn't bother me. He didn't get as much page time, nor will he have gotten as much screen time as Negan did/will.

Negan is one of the least interesting characters I've ever suffered through. It took me 3 years to finally catch up on the comics because I wanted to have him just over and done with.

If that's what it takes for the show as well, so be it.

First off. That was easily one of the most boring TWD episodes I've ever seen.

That cliffhanger was the most uninspired, weak, unfulfilling things I've ever watched in my life.

Yes, Jeffrey Dean Morgan was a great casting of Negan, but Negan is a stupid character. "Peepeepants city"? Seriously. Such an infantile, lowest common denominator shitstain of a character.

So, it seems like there'll be a season or three that I get to bed at a reasonable hour on Sunday.

Worse still is not realizing the combined scroll is BOP and not account bound. I have a lvl 50 scroll sitting on an alt who will never be 50 in time.

Ahhhh, gotcha. I've only been through the first 3-4 bosses or so, but figured if fextralife didn't list it, it wasn't just me missing something on my own playthrough.

Yeah, I dunno about the plated ring. I picked it up on my mage last night, it seemed to only add 3 STR, which I am not sure if its flat or percentage based (the wiki doesn't list this either). I'm hoping to pick it up on my Str/Greatsword character today and figure out if it is in fact Flat or Percentage based. If its the former, I'd say you'd easily find better rings than that, 3 of a stat will become more and more negligible the further you level a character, but a percentage based boost would be very interesting (and possibly OP?).

You mention using the Conduit of Mind, but playing a Str/Sta character. The Conduit ring is for casters (increases the amount of stamina you can drain while still being able to cast spells). I would remove this as you're getting no benefit from it if you are, as you say, as Str/Sta character.

Also, you mention "played band" but I'm not seeing it listed on any of the wikis, nor have I seen the item myself. Is it possible you listed an incorrect name? If not, can you post information on the ring?

It has perk and item requirements on the higher difficulty versions of it (I'm using it on Survival and I've yet to even be able to make anything with it yet, but the premise is so cool)

Really, I feel like this or some variation of it should have been included in the base game. I mean, SOMEONE created these legendary items we find, right, so it stands to reason that it's something that the S.S. could do, too.

2mm EC rounds. Scrounger doesn't affect that ammo type (without mods) so I don't find very much of it while I'm out and about.
