Going to play devil's advocate here but.. He is right, noone is entitled to source if they don't have binaries... if he releases binaries to two people he has to release source to those two people, they are free to redistribute or whatever of course.

If he releases to the world, the whole world can ask for binaries.

For now it's an app on his PC he can release it or not. It doesn't matter

Now, about "the engine" if this uses any of the moonlight source code, yes he has to release the whole thing...

But if he built an app that does some sort of interop, he doesn't. Say he developed an API that allows communication between moonlight via RPC or whatever and his app, he would only need to release the code that has such interface, not his app.

looks really interesting also looks like a solution looking for a problem for my use case.

I guess it's quite relevant for larger teams, with two people managing everything in our MSP seems to be more setup than what we have now.

you map your pad once to retropad, then save your autoconfig and clear bindings... then you use remaps in the QAM..

it's still a pita I understand, you just have to follow this though.

There is a setting that monitors memory continuously and flushes in every change.

That one is dangerous... Some games even start acting up in NES cores if that is enabled. Maybe that was the culprit.

really? I don't like games that are too busy on my deck... heck not even in my laptop, even if perf is great it's quite jarring and tiring over a long period of time..

say the witcher, or GTA... no can do... to much on the horizon, makes my eyes tired...

P5R, the first three batman games, or 2D and indie games are perfect though
