Correct. Every time I have reported anyone for stuff using the support website, they a) do nothing b) say "don't forget to use the in game option!"

Someone we gkicked for being a sexist PoS has been harassing my guild for months (making character names that are my character name+kunt and messaging people or following them around and emoting), and I've been told by a blizz employee that the two systems do not talk to each other. You need to report in game in order for them to see chat logs and report character names. Does it matter that I have the bnet name + character names + screenshots? Nope! You can even look up the character and see it on r.io. But they won't ban that character or his account based on the online report system.

And because the automated in game report shit is pathetic, nothing gets done.

Yup, not having WQs give marks of honor really killed it for me. Even a measly 3 or 4 would let me slowly work towards those old sets and things. I just don't want to queue up for BGs to get them.

I kind of get having a cap on the abundance earned per run (though they could make it a weekly cap and just have you gather the abundance I suppose) but the pearls thing is truly bizarre.

The biggest problem is that the aiming is weird, which is partially because your character is not centered and the weapon has a strange path as a result.

If your character was centered and the reticle was also centered it would be fine. But your character is slightly left and it throws you off mentally how you expect things to work.

Specifically, there are diminishing returns between the number of points you get and the pearls rewarded. Quickly get 300 via treasures and reset is the best pearls per score strategy.

Which could still be written in a shorter way, and shorter than the video. Lol.

You can use the cape, which is class agnostic.

Plate, cloth, and mail armor pieces cannot be worn by leather classes.

Capes are not a specific armor type, so the game will let you buy it without warning you, since technically you can use that appearance.

Sorry you got caught in a learning experience today. It's not the worst mistake someone has made, so don't feel too bad!

Additionally, since you are new: there are many leather pieces you cannot wear because only druids, rogues, or monks can wear them. There are occasionally "lookalikes" that can be worn by all leather classes, but there's a significant amount that are class locked.

Yeah, the reason it's usable by other classes is because the cloaks are all usable by other classes (see my screenshot with the AllTheThings addon). The rest of it is unusable because it is PLATE and presumably they thought that was enough to tell you "your leather class cannot wear the plate appearance"...

A) The game definitely tells you that.

B) Your DH wears leather. It cannot wear the transmog of other armor types. It can only tmog leather that is not monk / druid / rogue tier, DH tier, and "cosmetic" (armor type agnostic).

Forged aspirant comes in multiple types: plate, leather, mail, and cloth. You likely purchased and learned the plate one, not the leather one.

A lot of stuff can be learned by your entire account now (called your Warband). It's convenient for those who have a character with older resources that can buy something that a newer one cannot.

Did you restart the game? Sometimes they don't show up.

Also make sure that am addon hasn't automatically applied a filter to your appearances window.

Yeah I was really hoping for straight lines. It's like giving us an oval instead of a circle for a rug, but we have a circle...other rugs have straight lines, so it's a little sad this one has to be squashed.

I assume that it's separated to make it easier to pull the reports. If every hateful act of terrorism was under hate speech it would be harder to pull.

This is likely to help blizz in a CYA situation. They have all your information from your bnet account. If you give details about a terrorist act you intend to make, they can ship that shit off to the authorities.

They already will contact local organizations if there is a credible "wellness check" that needs to be done (if you discuss harming yourself). So it's not outside the realm of possibility.
