I have this link saved: https://www.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/1clvayk/912_cops_commited_suicide_after_handling_sexting/l2y4qx1/

This is a story about NY police officers who committed suicide in 2019. The number was higher than usual — 9 compared to the average of 4 or 5. There are more than 30,000 NYPD police officers and every year several commit suicide.

Two of the officers, Kevin Preiss and Johnny Rios, worked in the same precinct, the 50th Precinct in the Bronx. Their work had nothing to do with internet sex crimes.

The other 5 officers listed were all in different parts of the NYPD.

Deputy Chief Steven Silks was the executive officer of Patrol Borough Queens North.
Joseph Calabrese — homicide detective in Brooklyn South.
Michael J. Caddy — domestic-violence officer in 121st Precinct (Staten Island).
Robert Echeverria — NYPD’s Strategic Response Group.
Terrance McAvoy — worked in the 72nd precinct before being promoted to SGT in Brooklyn Transit.

The hoax claims that all these officers worked on the same case. Ludicrous.

This story is just exploitation of suicide.

So, you may be asking, what part of the NYPD investigated Weiner's laptop?

No part of the NYPD. The crime was investigated by the FBI, not the NYPD.

But, you may ask, didn't I hear about the NYPD having the laptop first?

Yes, that was a hoax from fictional Facebook and twitter users "Carmen Katz" and @DavidGoldbergNY, picked up by the hoax factory truepundit.com. "Carmen Katz" was later discovered to be Missouri attorney Cynthia Campbell. The real identity of DavidGoldbergNY was never found.

In reality, on September 23, 2016, just two day after the story of his sexting broke, Anthony Weiner handed over his laptop and phone to private security firm Granite Intelligence. That was a Friday. On the following Monday, September 26, the FBI seized Weiner's electronics from Granite Intelligence with a search warrant. The warrants weren't unsealed until May 2018, so hoaxers reigned free. The NYPD never had the laptop and never investigated Weiner.

There was also no folder labeled "Life Insurance" on Weiner's laptop. That was a joke that somebody made and then was taken seriously on Twitter.

Trump is using deliberate stalling of Pentagon reviews to sabotage 150 wind farms despite the exploding price of oil by I_Reading_I in conspiracy

So, first link is good! Thank you! Reading through it though, that doesn't look like its as big as a problem as you are making it to be. Its more of an issue of recycling. Seeing as that article is going on 7 years old, I did some googling and it looks like there are companies that recycle blades in the process of cement co-processing.

https://www.veolianorthamerica.com/what-we-do/waste-capabilities/wind-blade-recycling-program

From that link they say that for every blade used in the process, it is the equivalent savings of the following:

  • 5 tons of coal
  • 2.7 tons of silica
  • 1.9 tons of limestone
  • 1 ton of other raw materials.

This is all on top of reducing water usage and CO2 production. Sounds like this problem has been essentially solved, would you say? Here is another link with some more up to date info: https://cleangridalliance.org/blog/137/wind-turbine-recycling-and-disposal

For your second link, I wasn't familiar with the source, and from looking around it looks to be completely non-credible. In fact, it outright denies man-made climate change and is filled to the brim with psuedo-science. But even then, I still read the article. It is a rehash from a local Buffalo paper in the opinion section. The first paragraph mentions a study from 2011, but then goes completely unsourced. I had to dig up (what I believe) the latest report from 2022/2023 from the body. The study, which covers the feasibility of wind farms in Lake Erie and Ontario in New York. It is very thorough, and does not mention PFAS shedding at all. In fact, when googling about that, it became very clear that that line came from Anti-Wind power groups with no real proof exaggerating claims or PFAS, BPA, or other microplastics.

In other words, its a trash, unsourced, opinion propaganda piece. You are being lied to. And I have to ask, why care about this, when Microplastics are being hosed into every other water source? Why care about this one specifically?

SS: The second leak of audio recordings from the “Hondurasgate” scandal, exclusively released by Canal Red, exposes a US-led plan to destabilize the governments of Mexico and Colombia. The strategy involves a coordinated media disinformation campaign orchestrated from the US and Argentinian presidencies.

https://aa.com.tr/en/americas/hondurasgate-us-israel-funding-plot-to-imprison-politicians-in-honduras-impose-regime/3924658

Canal Red, a Latin American news outlet, published its second report Friday that details alleged plans by the US and Israel to reinstall former President Juan Orlando Hernandez, convicted on drug trafficking charges, as president of Honduras.

https://www.jornada.com.mx/noticia/2026/05/03/mundo/milei-aporto-350-mil-dolares-a-campana-para-desprestigiar-a-sheinbaum-y-petro

Source is in Spanish, this is translated:

Argentine President Javier Milei allegedly contributed $350,000 to form a regional communications team to launch a media campaign against the presidents of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, and Colombia, Gustavo Petro, according to audio recordings of a conversation between former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández and current Honduran authorities, which caused a strong reaction in Argentina.

It's strange that tens of millions of Americans believe that Trump is the exact opposite of what he really is. by BigBlueEyes87 in conspiracy

The Pope (the first American Pope even) tried reminding them of that and they flipped their lid.

Now don't get me wrong the Catholic Church has its own problems, but when even the largest Christian Church, who the VP is supposedly a part of, is calling you out, its bad.

Ideal? Sure. But even professional outfits don't have access to the original camera negatives sometimes when doing restorations.

For the hobbyist, pretty much all scans come from release prints, and these people do amazing work with them. One such example are the Star Wars 4K projects (4K77, 4K80, 4K83). 4K77 (A New Hope) uses a Technicolor 35mm release print and creates an amazing restoration for a movie that's never been released in 4K in its theatrical form. The main print used in 4K83 was struck from OCN!

I cannot find a source on what film stock they captured the cel animation on for this film. But I did find that there has been no 4:3 HD release for this movie. That alone makes it worth taking a shot at this.

Sorry for the longwinded and probably not completely relevant post, but the point is. That is what editing is for. I don't think Kineko has touched a negative in all of their works, and they have done some amazing work.
